By purchasing or using The Scaling OS (ecomm2026.com), you agree to the following terms.

The product

The Scaling OS PRO is a one-time purchase digital product delivered as an HTML5 application. Upon payment, you receive permanent access to the application for personal and professional use. There is no subscription, no expiry date, and no recurring charges.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use The Scaling OS PRO. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the application with third parties. One purchase = one user.

No guarantee of results

The Scaling OS provides decision support based on the data you input. It does not guarantee advertising results, ROAS improvements, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your campaigns, audience, product, and execution — variables outside the tool's control. The 30-day money-back guarantee is separate from this and described at ecomm2026.com/guarantee.

Acceptable use

• The tool is intended for use with your own Meta Ads campaigns.
• You may not use the tool to provide services to third parties as part of a commercial offering without a separate agreement.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the application.

Intellectual property

All content on ecomm2026.com — including the application, copy, design, and methodology — is the intellectual property of The Scaling OS. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The Scaling OS is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tool, including advertising losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to purchasers.
