We'll review it and process the refund within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
What "show us data" means
We're not asking for proof that your ROAS improved — that depends on too many variables outside the tool. We're asking you to show us you actually used it. A screenshot of your inputs, a note about a verdict you received, anything that confirms you gave it a real try.
This exists to prevent refund abuse, not to gatekeep legitimate dissatisfaction. If the tool genuinely didn't help you — we want to know, and we'll give you your money back.
What's not covered
Refunds are not available after 30 days from the purchase date. The guarantee applies to the PRO version only. SCALER Lite is free and has no purchase to refund.
